An award-winning week for John Nelson’s Les Troyens
John Nelson’s critically-acclaimed recording of Berlioz’ Les Troyens is now officially prize winning too! At a glittering ceremony at King’s Place on April 5, the recording received the BBC Music Magazine Award for Opera. The shortlists are compiled by an expert jury of reviewers and voted on by readers of the magazine, which just goes to show the wide appeal of this wonderful release.
