Alena Baeva returns to the Chopin and His Europe Festival 2019

With focus on some lesser known works, the Warsaw Philharmonic Hall will see Alena Baeva play-direct Wieniawski’s Violin Concerto in D minor and the Orchestra of the 18th Century on 28 August, followed by a duo recital with Vadym Kholodenko on 29 August performing Violin Sonatas by Schumann and Strauss amongst other works, finishing on 1 September with Weinberg’s Violin Concerto No.2 with the Warsaw Philharmonic Orchestra conducted by Andrey Boreyko.
