Alena Baeva performs at the Mecklenburg Vorpommern and Baltic Sea Festivals

In Schloss Schwiessel, Germany on 10 August, Alena Baeva joins the Trio Karénine piano trio and violist Hélène Clément in concert at the Mecklenburg Vorpommern Festspiele to perform Schumann and Shostakovich Piano Quintets. Full details can be found on the festival’s website.
On 29 August, Alena then travels to the Berwaldhallen Concert Hall in Sweden and the 2016 Baltic Sea Festival, to join the Polish Baltic Philharmonic Orchestra under conductor Ernst van Tiel for a performance of Shostakovich’s Violin Concerto No. 1.
