Alena Baeva performs at the 65th Les Musicales Festival in France

Alena Baeva will perform at the 65th Les Musicales Festival in Colmar, France, an eight-day festival dedicated to chamber music. Alena will perform 25 May through 28 May, performing a different programme every day, in four different venues across Colmar. She will start on 25 May performing Haydn’s Divertimento in E flat major, together with French cellist Emmanuelle Bertrand and hornist Hervé Joulain. Friday 26 May she will perform Wagner’s Wesendonck Lieder in collaboration with various soloist, followed by Bartók’s Sonata for solo violin on Saturday afternoon, only to perform another time in the evening playing Chausson’s Concerto for Violin, Piano and String Quartet in collaboration with Peter Laul and Quatuor Modigliani. Her final performance will be on Sunday 28 May, performing Tchaikovsky’s Souvenir of Florence in a string sextet.
