AI Tools Training & Workflow Workshops
Knight Classical offers practical training and workshops for artists, ensembles, agencies, record labels, and arts organisations looking to use new technology with confidence.
Sessions can introduce the possibilities of AI for everyday administration, planning, research, writing, content development, and project management – always with an eye to keeping artistic identity, professional judgement, and data sensitivity at the centre of the discussion.
Workshops may be delivered in person or online, and as focused one-to-one support or group training. They are shaped around the real working patterns of the people taking part.
Communications & Digital Skills Training
These training packages are designed to support artists and professional teams who want to communicate their work more clearly across websites, newsletters, biographies, press materials, and wider digital media and platforms.
Drawing on our team’s variety of Expertise across artist management, consultancy, digital media, and wider elements of the Creative Studio, sessions can cover everything from tone of voice, editorial structure, content planning, practical digital processes, and how different materials work together over time.
The aim is to leave participants with usable tools, greater clarity, and a more confident approach to public-facing communication.
Social Media Training Workshops
Knight Classical provides social media training for artists, ensembles, agencies, record labels, and arts organisations who want to build sustainable, credible audience engagement.
Workshops can explore platform choice, content planning, campaign structure, visual and written consistency, artist voice, and realistic ways of managing social media alongside busy artistic or organisational lives.
Training can be tailored for individuals, small teams, or larger groups – ranging from introductory sessions to more detailed work around a specific concert, tour, recording, or season.
How we work
Training and workshop sessions at Knight Classical are bespoke, practical, and shaped around the needs of each client. We can work in person or online, with individuals, small teams, or larger groups. Sessions may be designed as a single focused workshop, or as part of a longer sequence of training and follow-up support.
Depending on client requirements, our work may include:
- Initial conversation and scoping – understanding who the training is for, what they already know, and what they need to be able to do more confidently.
- Tailored session design – shaping content around the client’s working context, whether the focus is AI tools, communications, digital workflows, social media, or a combination of these areas.
- Practical examples and live demonstration – using relevant scenarios, platforms, documents, and workflows so that the training feels applicable rather than abstract.
- One-to-one or group delivery – providing focused individual support, team workshops, or larger group sessions depending on the level of detail and interaction required.
- In-person or online formats – delivering sessions remotely or on site, with timings and structure agreed around availability, location, and objectives.
- Actionable next steps – helping participants leave with clear priorities, practical methods, and a more confident sense of how to apply what has been covered.
- Follow-up support – where useful, providing further advisory input, review, or implementation support through Knight Classical’s wider Consultancy and Creative Studio services.
Every session is designed to be useful, realistic, and grounded in the practical realities of working in classical music and the wider cultural sector.
