John Nelson’s Recording wins the Diapason d’Or of the Year!

We are delighted to announced that conductor John Nelson has been awarded the mighty accolade of the Diapason d’Or de l’année 2020 for his recording of Berlioz’s Damnation de Faust (Warner Classics/Erato). Made with the Orchestre de Philharmonique de Strasbourg, and soloists Michael Spyres, Nicolas Courjal, and Joyce DiDonato, this record is an outstanding achievement, and is testament to John Nelson at the very top of his game.
